The Solid Floor System consists of a rigid insulation panel designed to give high insulation values and superior compressive strength, making it the ideal solution for use under tile floors and suitable for both domestic and commercial applications.

150mm Pipe Centres – Ideally suited to standard floor heating applications – Internal rooms insulated to current building standards.

Simply bond the panels onto suitable structually sound existing solid screeds or fixed wooden floor decks (minimum 18mm floor grade plywood), install the pipe and then cover with a 5mm self levelling screed layer before tiling

The grooves in the insulation securely retain our 12mm pipe in the correct position, eliminating the need for supplementary fixings.
