High Performance Insulated Loft Board - 61mm - 1200 x 400mm

High Performance Insulated Loft Board 61mm - 1200x400mm

Insulated loft boards combine a high-performance PIR insulation layer with a tough 11mm OSB3 top board, giving you safe walkable access to your loft while maintaining excellent thermal insulation. Unlike raising loft boards on stilts above existing mineral wool, insulated loft boards replace the need for a separate insulation layer — 61mm of PIR delivering the equivalent performance of 100mm mineral wool in a much slimmer profile.

Key Benefits

• 2-in-1 solution — structural walking surface and insulation combined in one board
• Slim profile — 61mm PIR equivalent to 100mm mineral wool
• Safe loft access — OSB3 surface complies with health and safety guidelines for loft access
• Reduces heat loss — maintains high insulation values in accessible roof spaces
• Easy installation — boards lay directly onto joists, no additional fixings required
